Blue Daze is a low growing, spreading mounding annual. Its fuzzy gray-green foliage and limbs sprawls the ground creating a carpet like display. Deep blue blooms appear mid-spring, a half inch in diameter, providing a stark contrast and an excellent statement in the landscape. Blooms will repeat sporadically through the growing season.
This annual is one of few that produces such a vibrant blue color and is coveted because of this. Its full sun, heat and slight drought tolerance only adds to its garden value. This plant serves well in any garden bed as well as in containers and hanging baskets. A definite must-have in any outdoor living space.
