​Head Nursery Grower​​
​The Head Nursery Grower manages and leads a staff of growers, engaged in the growing, care and maintenance of the company's horticultural products that are produced for retail sales. Directs the application of technical products, timing and metering devices that control frequency, amount and type of nutrient applications, as well as other herbicides and pesticides. Monitors crop development and the removal of substandard plants to maintain quality standards.
Work is mostly in greenhouses, must be able to lift 10-35 lbs, and be on your feet some throughout the day. Some weekend work required throughout the year. Only horticulture experienced applicants will be considered. Relocation expenses paid to OKC.
