Edible Flowers and Herbs with Jana Pirtle:

Herb flowers: Mints, lavender, garden sage, pineapple sage, chives, borage, chamonile, basil, thyme, cilantro, dill, fennel.

Vegetable flowers: Garden peas, squash, zucchini and okra.

When we lived in Virginia, we had the most Crabapple trees.  It had pink flowers in spring and beautiful red green foliage in fall.  Will they grow in Oklahoma?    Yes and they were beautiful about 3 weeks ago.
